Added IDX directory, Query Parameters and Manifest.json

This pull request adds the following changes to the project: - IDX Directory: Included the IDX directory that has configurations of Project IDX. - Query Parameters: Added query parameters for quick search - Manifest.json: Added the Manifest.json file required for creating a Progressive Web Application (PWA). The Manifest.json file includes metadata about the application, such as its name, icons, and other properties necessary for enabling PWA features.
