Mac Silicon PKG download link on README.md not working

I wanted to flag that the Mac Silicon PKG download link on README.md leads to an error page. Here is the link copied from the markdown view: `[the PKG installer for Apple Silicon](https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge/releases/latest/download/Miniforge3-MacOSX-arm64.exe` I was able to get a .sh file through the miniforge documentation page, but I wanted to bring this up since the README is the most visible source.
