Bundle peports

I don't think this program has more features than our pedeps. But it's more prepared to handle invalid input than pedeps: https://github.com/skeeto/w64devkit/issues/278#issuecomment-3255200138 Instead of fixing pedeps for such edge cases, I suggest bundling peports instead.
