crates.io website not accessible - facing Error 503 Connection reset by peer - Error 54113

I keep facing the same error 503 Connection reset by peer - Error 54113. It is not browser-dependent. I am not able to access the website in either chrome or safari on macos. As a workaround, I tried with 2 different approaches 1. cloudflare warp - which also did not work as it connects via the closest cloudflare server i suppose. It may mean the whole region is affected. 2. a vpn service(proton free) - when connected from a different country/region, accessing the website "did" work without facing this error. Based on this, it seems to me that there is an issue with the CDN server in BOM(Bombay, India) Copy-pasted the webpage response error message: ``` Error 503 Connection reset by peer Connection reset by peer Error 54113 Details: cache-bom-vanm7210036-BOM 1780184625 3846037661 Varnish cache server ```
