gcroots for evaluation dependencies

It would be nice if direnv also created gcroots for evalutation dependencies, if that is even possible. While the `devShell` is being preserved I cannot enter it after running the garbage collector if I have no internet connection to fetch the evaluation dependencies. I know that it falls back, but I always have to wait until it fails.
