AI Policy

The Macaulay2 developers inquired about our AI policy, would it be possible to discuss it briefly during triage? Personally, I don't think it makes much sense for us to create our own custom policy, the simplest solution would be to align with one of the "major" policies such as [Julia](https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General#is-there-any-policy-regarding-the-use-of-llms-in-registered-packages). Some countries also have AI policies such as [NIST (USA)](https://www.nist.gov/artificial-intelligence), but I don't know whether the EU or Germany have one. (everything is of course a guideline and not legally binding)
