fix: update docs site links and add core concepts page

- Remove broken footer links (quick-start, examples, changelog) - Update API reference links to point to /docs/ - Fix createMachine link to use lowercase slug (createmachine) - Add comprehensive core concepts page covering states, transitions, events, guards, and actions - Update sidebar to link to core concepts page with hash navigation Fixes https://github.com/matthewp/robot/issues/249
