Error 403 when trying to authenticate.

Windows ### How is Path of Building expected to behave? It should import let me log in through "Authorize with Path of Exile". ### How does Path of Building behave? It says: Error: Response code: 403. I also can't import by account name, it says the account profile is private or does not exist. This is not just for mine, I tried my friend's account with the # and numbers but it doesn't work either.
