Ledger connection: extension UI stuck on loading (question)

Hi team, I installed the Leather extension on Chrome and tried connecting a Ledger account. After approving the prompts, the extension UI stays on a loading state and never shows the account. Is there a recommended troubleshooting checklist (e.g., toggling Transport, clearing site data, etc.)?
