Portfolio shows “Get started with Leather” connect/install modal even when wallet is already connected
### Description
On `app.leather.io/portfolio`, the **Get started with Leather** overlay is displayed even though the Leather extension is already installed and connected. This suggests the app doesn’t detect the existing connection.
### Environment
- Browser: Atlas
- OS: macOS
- Leather extension version: v6.83.0
- App URL: `https://app.leather.io/portfolio`
### Steps to reproduce
1. Install the Leather browser extension and unlock it.
2. Connect the extension to `app.leather.io` (wallet is available and accounts visible).
3. Navigate to `https://app.leather.io/portfolio`.
4. Observe the center overlay card.
### Expected behavior
- When the wallet is already installed and connected, the onboarding overlay should not prompt to **Connect** or **Install**.
- Either the overlay should not appear at all, or the CTA should reflect the connected state (e.g., "Open Leather" or no CTA).
### Actual behavior
- The **Get started with Leather** overlay appears.
- It displays:
- **Connect** – Connect Leather to reveal your portfolio.
- **Install** – Add Leather extension to your browser.
- This appears even though the extension is installed and already connected.
### Impact
- Confusing UX that suggests the user is not connected when they are.
- Makes it unclear whether portfolio data is loaded correctly.
- Could cause users to think the connection is broken and repeatedly retry onboarding.
