Ace Combat X doesn't respect system language

idk if this is an issue with this software or not, but I've tried to install Ace Combat X on my japanese model ps vita slim. While it launches properly, the language is set to japanese, even though my ps vita system language is set to english. If i launch the game in adrenaline it loads in english correctly. Is the psp emu setting the language based on the system model, and is there anything I can do to force it to play in english using this and nopspemudrm?
