VTX not detected/reverts to "auto" & no settings available (0.11.1)

FC: X12 AIO ELRS I flashed the 0.11.1 firmware and VTX does not show any settings for configuration. I have tried with/without a battery. If I manually set a VTX it does not save it. Rebooting reverts to the "auto" value. It works fine on 0.11.0
