Extremely difficult to run

### Describe the bug We have tried following the instructions to get this running locally, in a VM, in a github codespace, in a VPS. In all occasions, nothing works. Kratos errors about identity not found, hash api crashes. Then tried to use docker - it doesn't initialize the graph nor create instance entity; same kratos errors. Hash-frontend container fails to build. I delete the identity in the DB, same thing happens. We have tried everything over multiple days. I have no idea how you guys manage to run this locally. We have looked through every .MD, and considered trying to study the github workflows before giving up. I understand it is not a high priority, just wanted to share our experience. We have tried repeatedly to get this running since August 2024, waiting a few months between attempts. We were successful a few times prior to 2025, now it seems to be even more difficult than before. It is always a problem at the signup/signin screen, every time. If there are plans to improve the setup process please let me know. ### To reproduce 1.
