Apheleia + Biome Removes Emoji

Kind of a weird problem, but if Apheleia is used in conjunction with Biome, certain emojis get turned into different characters. For example ⚠️ becomes a regular `!` (raw exclamation point), and some emojis lose their extra bytes for colors etc and become unrenderable. What kind of information do you need to be able to reproduce? Biome config?
