Fix build and add CI

/claim #40 /closes #40 @tommythorn Fixes build and adds unit tests for it, to fix the build I've migrated it to use Stack for the Flite module. So now there's a new requirement to install Stack to build everything properly. The CI unit tests take about 4 hours with GitHub Actions.
