Can't control the screen using keyboard and mouse PLEASE HELP!

I've been using this for a long time but now I'm getting an issue After controlling it to the android/Tablet screen for a while, it stopped working when using keyboard and mouse. I need to reboot the phone/tablet before it start working again.
