[Suggestion] Add ability to disable tooltip for dropped items

I tried adding "minecraft:item" to the blocklist in "hide-entities.json", but Jade invalidated that file and reverted it to the default. So, I'd like to formerly suggest the ability to hide item tooltips through Jade.
