Application does not start

### Is there an existing issue for this? - [x] I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed ### Describe the Issue Postman version 12.10.5.0. The first start works fine, but second and all next starts of the application result in very high power usage in Windows Task Manager and no application window visible.
