Request: allow the user to optionally specify a color picker with pastel pick

It would be nice if the user could choose which color picker to use as opposed to relying on the default list ordering. In my case, for instance, I have `zenity` on my system as a requirement for other installed packages, but would rather be using `hyprpicker` with pastel instead.
