Please add Windows binary to your release page

Hello, This color tool looks amazing. I'd like to install it and run it in Cygwin. For this, a binary compiled for Windows would be sufficient. Can you add a compiled Windows binary to your [releases](https://github.com/sharkdp/pastel/releases) page? Thank you for your time and for giving us all this helpful package. @dvklopfenstein
