Add aboutEqual and a MkEpsilon class

First of all, thank you so much for this amazing library ! In a personal project, I needed to define both this `aboutEqual` function and this `MkEpsilon` class. I think they both belong here instead of my own code and may be useful to others. I've split the contribution into two commits in case you only want to pick one of those two ideas. Cheers !
