Project status

In #15, I found this: > Smoke is actually on indefinite hold for the time being and no further development will be carried out on this iteration of the library. This project is best seen as a proof of concept for something more concrete in future. I do have a 'in-progress' version 2 in the works, however it is pending some upstream developments in WebRTC, along with me finding a free window of opportunity to continue work on this project. Is it worth adding this to the README.md? Also, do you have any updates on version 2, or a public repository?
