BD Rhapsody support?

### Description of feature BD Rhapsody data is currently not supported - at least I don't see how this could work with the currently available aligners. BD Bioscience has their own processing pipeline: https://www.bdbiosciences.com/en-de/products/software/rhapsody-sequence-analysis-pipeline Would it be possible to include this?
