Add velocyto for cellranger output

### Description of feature Unlike STARsolo, velocyto can work on cellranger bam files. I am aware velocyto is no longer maintained, but for cellranger users it is still the best option (as far as I know). In our core facility, we regularly get the request to run velocyto in addition. modules/velocyto already available but not included in scrnaseq.
