SwiftTerm doesn't compile under Swift 6

**Describe the bug** Cannot compile **To Reproduce** `swift build -Xswiftc -swift-version -Xswiftc 6` against the current 1.2.0 tag. **Expected behavior** Builds in Swift 6+ **Desktop (please complete the following information):** - OS: macOS - Browser: Safari
