Potential performance regression in 3.12.1dev-xx

**Describe the bug** Running latest (IPv6 default) Jamulus on Windows I'm getting severe audio dropouts, regardless of audio quality, small frame buffers and even jitter buffers. Tested locally against latest HEAD and externaal pre-3.12.1 Servers and it's the same, so I'm pretty sure it's client. **To Reproduce** Runs the latest Windows Client against any server. **Expected behavior** Audio with as few drop outs older clients (not yet tried actually reverting for testing - tested only vs loop-thru in DAW). **Screenshots** N/A **Operating system** Win11 **Version of Jamulus** Jamulus, Version 3.12.1dev-76fc7575 **Additional context** <!-- Add any other context about the problem here. -->
