Song duration not showing on first play with MP3 transcoding via Cloudflare Tunnel

**Environment:** - Amperfy version: 2.1.0 - Navidrome version: 0.62.0 - iOS version: 26.5 - Connection: Cloudflare Tunnel (external access) **Description:** When playing a song for the first time (not cached), the song duration shows as --:-- and seeking is not possible. If you stop and play the song again, the duration shows correctly and seeking works fine. **Steps to reproduce:** 1. Set streaming format to MP3 in Amperfy settings 2. Play any song for the first time (not in Navidrome transcoding cache) 3. Duration shows as --:--, seeking bar is not functional 4. Stop and play the same song again 5. Duration now shows correctly and seeking works **Expected behavior:** Duration should be available from the first play. **Additional info:** This does not happen with Substreamer (same server, same settings). Navidrome logs show `cached=false` on first play and `cached=true` on second play.
