Show star ratings

Hi! This is the pull request of my star rating implementation. Star ratings will be shown in song-lists as well as in the currently playing view. I have tested them and they do not interfere with displayed song durations. Additionally a setting was added to enable/disable the display of star ratings. Sorry - these are rather heavy commits.
