Add Rust weekly meeting to calendar?

A while ago, @wsmoses mentioned the possibility of a weekly 30 min Rust meeting before the main Enzyme meeting. The last times I joined Enzyme meetings, we didn't get to work on bugfixes for Rust, the main reason why I asked for the separate meeting. We've been building Enzyme in Rust CI for a while, but we don't distribute it yet. There's one repeatedly showing phi bug that I'd like to see fixed before we distribute it, and one Rust contributor wanted to fix my not fully finished ad-batching frontend, so I think it would be a good time to start those meetings. Do you want to add it to the calendar, so I can share it on the Rust channels?
