Add Brave browser as allowed value for compatible/incompatible meta

Please add Brave to the list of recognized values for the @compatible and @incompatible metadata keys. While Brave is Chromium-based, it is a widely used browser with its own distinct user base. Adding it as a valid option would allow developers to explicitly state compatibility and improve the accuracy of script filtering for users.
