Remove SEO for some report-like pages
Hi!
[StateFarm Client v3](https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/482982-statefarm-client-v3/script_lock_appeals/1033) is a script Ithat has been permanently suspended.
<img width="634" height="518" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6baa6b6c-3cfe-4a43-af56-86764c405b2e" />
When it is searched on Google, this appeal is as high as #3 for some users.
It's not even the appeal that permanently suspended the script.
Despite the script being banned, Greasyfork still inserts meta tags:

Perhaps it would be more prudent to either:
1. Add a noindex, follow tag to reports/appeals
2. Remove these tags from reports/appeals
3. Clarify in these tags that it is an appeal
It makes it even worse that parts of the script meta (the parts which appear on Google) are still present on the page, specifically the script description:

Aside from the tiny "script_lock_appeals", there would usually be no way to know this is a banned script on Google.
