The PHP package is totally outdated

the PHP package has not been updated since 5 years. I opened a PR 3 years ago migrating the CI setup to GitHub Actions to make the automation work again: https://github.com/ua-parser/uap-php/pull/76 Is there any plan to make the PHP package maintained again ?
