add uap-varnish

Hi, Sorry if it's the wrong forum, I checked the mailing-list and it seems fairly abandoned, so, trying here. We'd like https://github.com/varnish/uap-varnish to join the pack, is that possible, and if so, what's the process for this? Cheers!
