Refactor of ass_core and update documentation

- Refactor ASS data structures to use dataclass and added docstrings to the fields to allow reading field's doc on hovering while coding - Refactor code for syllable parsing and added tests for it (fixing cases of bad parsed result) - Update sphinx doc generation to work again
