Add Fortran language support

This is a PR that aims to add fortran language support. Todo: - [x] Finish e2e testingclasses - [x] check CI - [x] check docker image - [x] update readme Random note: The math functions are transcribed from their C# counterpart using chatGPT. I am excited to see if they are actually correct. Edit: Turns out, that most of it was correct. Only some minor changes were needed. Exciting future. Closes #575
