[1.21.x] Fix and simplify Apoli/Origins compatibility implementation

This PR fixes #363 by accounting for the action/condition type refactor in Origins 1.13.0. It also simplifies the implementation of the compatibility by mixing into the `ExposedToSunEntityConditionType#test(EntityConditionContext)` method directly instead of intercepting the registry entry from the `ApoliRegistries.ENTITY_CONDITION_TYPE` registry.
