[Feature request] Enable "Legacy Method" by default

Steps to reproduce * Open the app * "Native Method" is enabled, and "Legacy Method" is disabled # Issues * The "Legacy Method" is required in order to use **Subsequent actions** settings. * "Native Method" opens the accessibility settings and says `Please activate "Screenshot Tile" in the accessibility settings.` - Doing so prevents eID apps from working. These apps says that ScreenShoot Tile must be disabled. Disabling it every time is time consuming. # Solution By default enable "Legacy Method" and disable "Native Method" The "Legacy Method" is permitted by eID apps.
