fix elfeed-org-export-opml error

This PR fixes the issue raised by this comment https://github.com/remyhonig/elfeed-org/issues/82#issuecomment-1749093586 in #82 and introduces a significant performance optimization by using `with-temp-buffer` and `insert-file-contents` instead of `find-file-noselect`.
