Change download path for active downloads

Please describe.** I'm always frustrated when i cannot change download path for active downloads **Describe the solution you'd like** Bieng able to change download path for active downloads **Describe alternatives you've considered** Maybe it is in the programm but I have no idea how to use it **Additional context** Literally every download manager has this function, I was shocked that this barebones basic essential feature is not present
