[Abuse Report]: Any "proxy download" action via "dl.motrix.cloud"

Hi @agalwood, 👋🏼 A user accidentally find an "any proxy download" action from your hidden domain `dl.motrix.cloud`. It seems this domain should only be used to speed up download action of Motrix itself, but now it has **NO PROTECTION** and can help speeding up **ANY** GitHub assets URLs (mostly for massive file downloads). Users can concatenate original assets URL to prefix `https://dl.motrix.cloud/` (such as `https://dl.motrix.cloud/https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/download/v1.28.190/Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle`). Is it intended? Or is there a "legal" entrance of this "accelerator"?
