Extremely Small Toolbar Icons

I'm running into a lot of icon themes displaying a very small icon bar in Thunar. This is also happening with other icon themes, would love to be able to figure out why. I made a report here; https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/issues/4110 THANKS
