Link in Page header opens in same browser tab

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** The page title, which links to github and releases opens in the same browser window. **Describe the solution you'd like** For me it would make more sense to open these links in a new browser tab. **Describe alternatives you've considered** Going back would be an option, but i just want to quickly compare the version number for example.
