Always active tracker

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** I don't like having small gaps between stopping the current tracker and starting a new one. Or even some big ones when I stopped the tracker and I quickly got away from the screen. Sometimes overlaps are fine, but most of the time a single tracker is what I aim for. **Describe the solution you'd like** I'd like to be able to stop the last active tracker and for traggo to automatically start a new one which can I later properly tag. **Describe alternatives you've considered** Either deal with gaps between entries or overlap them. If I get away quickly having to manually enter the entry after getting back.
