Announcement: Server Migration

We plan to change the server background in the next few weeks. What does this mean? - we change to `lookups.dat` version 11.1, please see [issues](https://github.com/abrensch/brouter/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20milestone%3A%22Lookup%20Version%2011.1%22) or [PRs](https://github.com/abrensch/brouter/pulls?q=is%3Apr+milestone%3A%22Lookup+Version+11.1%22+is%3Aclosed) - new pseudo tags for node go online - use the new library - the elevation data for locations above 60N and in 1asec - if available (Europe) We try to keep the downtime as small as possible. There will also a new BRouter app the days before. The new data could already be tested on the test server. https://brouter.de/brouter-test
