Add Poi nodes to BRouter data files

As announced in PR #868, here is a reminder of the task: - Include some POIs in rd5 files - Check if adding more nodes significantly increases the file size - Check if route generation performance is maintained - Split routes based on time or distance - Search for POIs near the split points - Output POIs
