Upgrade to the latest package set

There are at least a couple of breaking changes: * We should replace deprecated `node-fs-aff` with `node-fs` (one word spago change, no need to change actual code) * Some API changes in `purescript-node-readline`. See https://github.com/purescript-node/purescript-node-readline/releases/tag/v8.0.0
