Reinstall Operator - Openshift 4.3

People, I have big mistake in my cluster, I tried to install Spinnaker Operator and I was wrong to uninstall Operator instead Spinnaker. I saw this github and appears hope in me and I tried to install Operator again and appears about ConfigMap. Already have Operator-Lifecycle-Manager.
