GQCC github actions build fails due to bad credentials

**Describe the bug** Github actions fail upon merging PR into develop: <img width="1102" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d9e6f018-d38d-4766-991e-62a4dad77489" /> The error has to do with credentials, and happens after GQCP is built, during the GQCC check. **To Reproduce** Merge any PR into develop.
