- Operating System (Linux/Mac/Windows/iOS/Android): Mac - Tahoe 26.3 (25D125) - Delta Chat Version: v2.48.0 (official DMG build) - Expected behavior: Standard macOS window management shortcuts should work as in other native/non-native apps: Cmd+M → Minimize window fn+Ctrl+F / fn+Ctrl+← / fn+Ctrl+→ / fn+Ctrl+↓ → Move & resize window (e.g., to left/right half of screen, fullscreen toggle via fn+Ctrl+F) fn+Ctrl+C → Center window - Actual behavior: -- Cmd+M does nothing -- fn+Ctrl+Arrow keys (window resizing/repositioning) do nothing -- fn+Ctrl+C does nothing - Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install DeltaChat v2.48.0 from official DMG on MacOS Tahoe 26.3, 2. Open DeltaChat window, 3. Press Cmd+M → nothing happens, 4. Press fn+Ctrl+→ or fn+Ctrl+← → nothing happens, 5. Press fn+Ctrl+C → nothing happens, 6. Compare with another native app (e.g., Safari, Notes) or non-native app (e.g. Telegram) → shortcuts work as expected - Screenshots: - Logs: - Workaround (confirms it’s app-specific) If another app has focus (e.g., Finder, Telegram), pressing fn+Ctrl+Shift+Arrow moves/resizes the DeltaChat window behind as expected - showing the OS is trying to send the command, but DeltaChat’s window isn’t responding when it has focus. - Additional Context -- Keyboard layout tested: US English, Persian (Standard) – same behavior. -- Cmd+W (close), Cmd+H (hide), Cmd+Q (quit), Cmd+~ (cycle windows) work normally. -- Mission Control / Spaces shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+↑) work normally.
