Support loading ramdump

crash-utility can directly load Qualcomm ramdump by providing the ddr file and physical address. If possible, further providing va_bit and karsl, can we support such this? I have tried many approaches, such as generating vmcore or using intermediate files generated by crash-utility, but all failed.
